2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Im hoping to do some GPU programming in CUDA, so need a very high-end NVidia graphics card

I've given you a GTX 570 supporting Direct Compute 2.0, as well as a 1080p 21.5" monitor. There's also an i5 2400 in there which is pretty much the best non-OCing processor you can get, and 8GB of RAM.

I've also thrown in a 128GB SSD. I don't know if this will be enough space, but given hard drive prices right now, I'd pick speed over capacity and go with an SSD and an old external or something for storage.

The keyboard and mouse that you get are up to you - there's actually a keyboard and mouse suggestions thread going right now which you could look into - but just remember not to get a keyboard from HWVS as it will be German layout. Look on Amazon/Dabs instead.
