After loading Skyrim up for the first time, when asked if i want to save to the online storage facility i accidently selected NO. Is there anyway of still doing this as it's handy to have patches etc already downloaded when i turn on the machine.

    Cheers.

    You can.
Go to your Skyrim save, press triangle and select copy, it will then say "select the destination". Save to online storage.

You will get the patches regardless of whether you use online storage or not - it's a seperate function.
