All in the title I suppose! Love some feedback from anyone who has had these made, preferably in Ireland.....

1)What is the sort of price range for these (from cheapest upwards)?
2)How long do the mouldings last?
3)Where did you get them done? In Ireland, or..?
4)How do they compare to standard in ears?
    5)What model/brand would you recommend?
6)Has it been worth paying the difference?

    Thanks in advance!

I use ACS, got them from a place in Donaghmede in dublin.

There dual drivers. Still using them after almost 3 years, in a hard case when not in use and cleaned every now and again.

You can get moulds done in any hearing centre and send them to overseas iem makers like ultimate ears in the states. However, they can need a little adjusting and if there over seas then it's impossible to correct properly.

Price frank cass and the ACS dealer was far cheaper.

Lastly, the difference between moulds and non moulds is night and day. I'm a bass player and I had no issues in converting over. Others who had switch could not get use to them and stopped using them. I would recommend at least dual drivers, single drivers seem not to be worth the investment. After all a €100 driver in a €300 mould is still a €100 driver. You get what you pay for.

Be prepared to pay from €450 to at least €1000 for a set.

So did you get them done entirely in Dublin, or send the mould overseas?
The place in Donaghmede - are they just a hearing specialist, or did they sell the in-ear headphones also? Don't suppose you recall the name of the place? Cheers!

This is the brand I got, sorry the guy is in Kilbarack. Cheapest supplier out of those listed. They make hearing aides which is essential the same process etc.

    I got the T2

Available in a few colour moulds and cables. Depending on use you can get them made so the cable loops over your ear or just simply drop down.
