Omega PO - Query

    Hi,

Was considering an Omega Planet Ocean 232.32.42.21.01.005

    http://www.omegawatches.com/gents/seamaster/planet-ocean/23232422101005

Wouldn't be an everyday watch, more like every few days. As it's an automatic, what is the best way to treat the movement. Give it a wind everyday when not wearing, or let it run down and unwind fully, and then wind and set time/date on wearing days.

Have a Speedy Pro, so happy to wind it everyday if it's best.

Sorry if it's a silly query, but its been bouncing around my head. Any thoughts?

    Thanks
