Hi guys just wondering if anyone has tried or is doing the Slim4life diet plan. Im thinking of going to one of their meetings this week but its quite hard to find anything out about them on the internet. So if you have any feedback that would be great, cheers.

Probably better off joining a gym as you will get use of facilities and most will give you a diet plan also.
