ah here...a bloat missing and someone complaining about too much bloat....

    hang yer heads...

Its not missing, just biding its time, when it happens it'll be glorious. 102.5kg on the scales this morning, so not far off with the hard work done. Pretty much exactly where I want to be!

All I can remember about COH's write-up of the last comp were the jacks details:pac:

while the frequency and intensity of the visits were quite high the time under tension was relatively low compared to the loads involved :)

That's because it was the only memorable part of my comp!

Having now tried Nandos chicken I can confirm it is not a patch on Crackbird (IMO)

If you like your spice, then yeah its for you, but the Garlic and Soy is king afaic. Thats not to say Nandos is all bad, it does have its merits (sweet potato mash, bottomless refills of your soft drink of choice) so if you could put those elements with the crackbird garlic and soy chicken I think that would be just epic. :pac:

Nandos grows on you. However, having only been to crackbird once, and nandos loads of times, I think crackbird is better. Nandos is definitely "healthier" though if you want it to be.

Thought nandos was pretty meh to be honest

Crackbird is f*cking sh*t. I've NEVER been more disappointed in a restaurant.

    There. I said it.

Never been to crackbird. Nando's would be pretty hard to beat, but I'm intrigued now...

Still haven't been to Nando's. I must say though, the lemonade in Crackbird is amazing.

Bit torn between Counter Burger and Nandos lately. 2/3lb burger in a bowl + sweet potato chips ftmfw.
