Wii fit?

Would a wii fit be a good gift idea for my mother for christmas? Shes 43, goes to slimming world and has mentioned it in passing that she'd like to know what the wii fit is like. Do you think it would be a silly gift? I suppose my biggest worry is that she might not use it. Help
