Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Zen won't play some files

Hi, So I got a brand-spanking new Zen xfi-2 as a present. I put my music on it yesterday, but a lot of files are saying "audio format not supported". It's supposed to play every format! The one's who wont play are wma's, yet it WILL play some wma's and it plays all other formats.

We first put it all on with the "Creative Centale" that it came with, they didn't all play. So we deleted everything then tried syncing the music with windows media player, nope, still won't all work.... Tried scanning the device with windows, came up with nothing, tried putting just some music on then all my music... Won't work!

Anyone know why this might be??
Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Could it be some of the WMA are HD ? And that might be why they might not play ?
I know there can be various forms of WMA so might be worth checking what format they are in.
Failing that re-rip the cds to MP3 or FLAC for the better sound quality.
