LOL, Thanks MrsD. I am boycotting the place on principle, but at the same time, it HURTS not going there. There are only a few places in this World where one can be in any weather - Table Mountain is one, and the COM is another.

Have to disagree with the any weather comment. If it's foggy or heavy mist you won't see a thing up there. Also people have broken bones up there from falls after being blown over by gusts of wind. Nowadays they close the place ti visitors if it particularly windy.

Good stuff. I noticed Clare FM have a twitter account that's pretty decent for news updates as well. I wouldn't be that interested to go browse these sites as a destination but enjoy a little bit of news in my usual stream.
