Some people pay that much for the extra items.. i.e the statues etc.. Some of them are worth it, some of them aren't.. I personally loved the look of the Killzone 3 one..

Avoid those like the plague, youd be far better off saving and getting a either the 4GB or 250GB 360S theyre a hell of a lot more reliable,
The thing is you might get one of the more reliable hardware revisions, and you might also not
