I know they do Audio books , not sure about ebooks though.

South Dublin Libraries do and I've got some books to read on my Sony reader previously from them:

Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Leitrim, Kildare and Waterford City libraries also lend ebooks through Overdrive, but not compatible with Kindle in Ireland yet.
