Online Chat with Meteor Customer care

    On 11th November, I made contact with Meteor by Online Chat. I was porting one line to them. I was going through help and support and the online chat window popped up. The arrangement to port was completed in about five minutes.

    Since then I've tried to access the online chat facility to port over another number but cannot find it. Anyone have a link?

    I would imagine it only appears when they are available to chat.

    I thought I was very clever bookmarking this link to avoid being ignored on the 1905 but to no avail :(

    I would think it pops up when it's being manned. Rarely, I would assume.

    the same thing happened to me and my computer froze before i could get my reply. i wanted to know how to unlock my phone and the chat came up. i gave my details and am wondering now was it a scam? :confused:

    Webchat Help Appears

    Hi I signed up for the free texts fir 15 days for a 5dr it told me to top up by the 5er and I did and I still didn't get my texts and it was 3 hours ago??

    You'd be better off going to Meteor shop or the Meteor section of boards.ie
