Ballsbridge to Santry

Quick question, If I was to go from Ballsbridge to Santry in the mornings and after work how long would it take? ie if I left for starting work at 8 how long it take, or if I left to start work at 9, how long would it take? Also the same for finishing work at 5 or 6 Thanks
