Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

"Are ya awrite dere?"

One thing that always cracks me up down the country is when you walk into a shop and the young wans working there always say "are ya awrite dere?" To which I sometimes reply "I'm fine, how are you?" Then they often look at me in a puzzled way and repeat "are ya awrite there?" I mean why can't they say "Can I help you?"…

We have to say 'Hi there, are you ok?' to customers in work (I work in a place with non stop long queues, I'm not randomly accosting browsers!). 90% of people will respond by asking for something, or saying they've been looked after, the other 10% will say 'I'm fine thanks,' to which I reply 'That's good, would you like some help with anything?'

Seems to work well enough for our shop.
