HTML5 web apps and iPhone application launching.

Does anyone know how to turn this off? I having serious trouble with google maps embedded in pages that work great in safari but once opened through the web app home screen bookmark it wont display the maps and will open the google maps app instead.

Scratch that. It was to do with how we were embedding the maps.
