    Is it just me that feels I have committed the ultimate crime if the smallest of little situation go wrong or you cok up or say something out of context.

    OP, if this was the heinous crime you have guilt for, it's not a 'little' thing as you describe. I cannot think of anything worse, may shame be brought on you and your family. Wallow in the guilt for a little longer. :mad:

    And if you over guilt yourself, which is a bad thing, do you then have to feel more guilty? Making it even worse and feeling MORE guilty until you're in a never ending guilt spiral?
