    New Scientist publish a new book every year & they are always a best seller at Xmas - they are on sale at www.thebookdepository.com at the moment for around €6..
    Check Amazon or some of those gadget/geek websites for Periodic Table mugs..
    Or the Science Museum in London has an online shop & have some brilliant geeky stuff & will ship to Ireland for £4.95 - their website is www.sciencemuseumshop.co.uk
