Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just an FYI, the cap has been reached for the H1Bs this year. This means no new applications will be received until April next year.

On another note, Happy Thanksgiving to all in the US and all US around the world :)

Useful to know. Do you know what the impact is?

I'm in the US on a L1 visa but was looking to start searching for a new job soon enough and hopefully get sponsored on a H1.

Does this mean I wouldn't be able to get a sponsorship until April? And if so when would I be able to start?
