'other files' on the ipad

Can anyone help me with this its doing my head in, i have 1.13gb of 'other' on my iPad. I have restored the iPad 3 times, I've deleted my mail account (thinking it might save attachments for offline viewing) and any other apps that may do the same and its still there, i have unsynced all videos and music and resysnced it…

I looked for a file management app that might allow me to manually delete them on the iPad what ever they are but no joy. Any ideas?
