Charged twice again.

    Back in August I was charged twice for subscribing. Thread here

    The reason was simple. I had a yearly reoccurring subscription that didn't reoccur, so I subscribed again with a three month reoccurring subscription. Whilst I was completing the 3 month one the yearly one went through so essentially I was signed up twice. Thread was started and 3 month (€13) refunded. Case closed.

    Well not entirely as it seems 3 months later I've been charged €13 again despite having paid my €50 for the year.

    Can someone look into this. I've already e-mailed Dav but have had no reply after nearly a week.
