Presuming it's the Golden Lane one you're about 2 miles from the stadium. You could walk it in about 40 minutes but you could also get a 16 or 16a bus from Georges Street (2 mins from the Radisson) to Dorset Steet which would leave you a short walk down the North Circular Road.
