Looking for good camp spots near lough derg

Were off for a 3 day trip to cover some ground near Lough Derg. We were thinking: Day 1 : Lough Derg Day 2 : Shannon near O'Briens bridge Day 3 :Not sure yet, not planned that far ahead... What were missing is local knowledge of where to fish & place a tent. Where we normally go in Cork we know the farmers and it works…

What were missing is local knowledge of where to fish & place a tent. Where we normally go in Cork we know the farmers and it works well, I was wondering if any helpful souls could point us to some good camping spots.
