The other guy is Brian Cage. He is a PWG regular/California indy guy. He had a Gutcheck match once which showcased nothing he can actually do:

He doesn't do the Cruiserweight stuff much any more. Once every now and then but nothing special. To be honest, I'd be shocked if he still could do it due to his size. Guy gets bigger every single show.
