Has any business brains here any suggestions for an electrician trying to make a living from being self-employed these days and finding working for building contractors is putting the business in jeopardy due to trouble getting them to pay their bills.

This person has been in business for over 40 years and needs to make a living from this business for another 18months until he is eligible for the pension. At the moment it is very much a struggle, not a lack of work but a lack of paying work.

you could try advertising in the local newspapers..
