Is there such thing as an ''Umbrella For life?''

In the history of buying an Umbrella, has there ever been one you bought that you still have and never ever broke on you over the years? Every umbrella I buy breaks after a week of use. I find them to be useless and a waste of cash. They often cost anything between 10 to 20 euros at times.

I have a Fulton brand folding one and in fairness I've had it a good 4 or 5 years and still going strong.

I'd say realistically only golf style umberallas have a chance at lasting for life, they are by far the strongest, but not as useful.

Some of those umbrellas have concealed blades, so it's probably ill-advised to do do this when you see some guy with a brolly.
