Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    My local farm-shop is selling 10kg bags of turf for €3........... Good/bad?

    surely they are at least 20kgs?

    steep. . could do better on DD/ or the Dealer if northwest region. . or, or, local paper.

    Nope, just the 10kgs. I myself thought it was a bit on the high side, It's good stuff but not worth that amount

    Unless its gold plated:D but if its not its a complete rip off.. try donedeal because a lot of men now will be trying to get rid of the last bit of turf they have.

    That's ok as long as it is good quality turf.
    As a rule of thumb, the darker the colour the better.
    The darker turf is normally heavier too - stone turf.

    if its in a shop theres extra cost.a profit to the shop and extra for bagging in maybe fancy bags.a 25kg would be value for that price.
