Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    What would happen if you...

    Rolled up to one of the motorway toll plaza's without any cash, cards or anything of monetary value to pay the toll? They can't exactly tell you to turn around.

    It'd probably work. If you did it again though, perhaps not so much.

    I find it confusing that a mod says 'thread closed' and the thread doesn't close.

    What's going on?

    Am I drunk?

    well op, considering the number of cameras in place at tolls these days, I'd imagine something like this where they would send on the bill to the address of the person, which the car is registered to.

    form experience as a truck driver who's boss never paid bill's they'd keep you there thinking u had money 'which you had' and ask you to pay your boss's toll' after 10 mins of beeping and honking irate drivers behind the toll person will let you through with a ' promise ill pay u note' not worth a ****, my boss never ever paid one

    I remember being at the toll plaza behind a shiny new merc, old fella got out and proceeded to pick up loose change off the ground and pay his toll with it, apparently a load of people miss the basket and aren't bothered retrieving the change - so there's your answer, you might even make a profit out of it.
