Will this SSD be OK to run my OS?

I've got a 2008 60G OCZ Core series V2 SSD http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-core-series-v2-sata-ii-2-5-ssd-eol.html I'm building a new system and wanted to know if this drive will work OK for running my OS and programs. Or, should I just save some more and get this one from Crucial…

I'm sure the OCZ SSD will be fine, just make sure you create a back up for it.
