    Looking to buy good speedy laptop for 300-450 any suggestions would be appreciated.

    With the wealth of information you provided my choice would be this Lenovo from pixmania.
    It's right in the middle of your price range and is one of the best value sandybridge i3's you will find.

    Solid laptop and will last a long time!

    Sounds good but seems to be gone from pixmania. How much was it there and is there a similar price around?
