Lived in Drogheda for two years and have to say I had a good time there! Found it friendly, good nightlife, music, facilities the lot. Sense of humour in that part of the country is fast and wicked. The Louth accent is dodgy to say the least but it is a friendly and humorus one!

I recall being in the Sound House on the river buying some music and a teenage girl walked in looking for the new Wicky Maaatin cd (ricky martin)

These aren't really "great louth sayings" they're just ripping the way Drogheda people pronounce u and r.
