For a college project and presentation (for food science) I need to come up with a step by step process of canned rice manufacturing. I have searched high and low on google and cant get the in-depth information I need. Can anyone direct me as to where I can get my hands on such information, I've even tried e mailing some companies without luck. I need information on the HACCP criteria for safe food processing plus flow diagrams etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
