Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I've been thinking about doing boxing for a while, for exercise and out of general interest about what is is like. While I've been looking into it i've come accross Muay Thai as something which is fairly popular.

Any advice on which is better as an activity to add to my exercise routine? I'm not really into the agression/fighting end of things more just as something to push myself for once a week or whatever to build core strength and add to what Im doing in the gym.

Are there good Muay Thai instructors around in Dublin? Im thinking about getting a couple of one on one classes first and then joining group classes.

    Any advice appreciated.
