Publishing Non-Fiction Book

    Hey all,

    I'm approximately half way through writing a non-fiction book at the moment and I'm now looking into methods of publication be it through conventional roots or via self-publishing.

    I think the approximate final word count should be around the 150,000 mark and everything is going as planned. Along with publishing, I think it would be prudent to hire a professional editor to help polish the final draft.

    Has anyone here gone through the trials of publishing and would you have any advice for a total beginner like me?

    Any help is greatly appreciated! ;)
