Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Sorry if this is the wrong place but have been searching unsuccessfully fora thread on where to get the best second hand car parts.

    Does anyone know the best place in Wicklow or Dublin or surrounding areas to find parts for old Mercedes parts?

    Or alternatively any advise on how to conduct a search online (tried donedeal) or otherwise?Total Noob to buying parts.

    Try www.micksgarage.ie and www.ebay.co.uk. Search for W202 mirror on ebay, W202 is the model code for your car. Don't forget that the mirror must come from a right hand drive car.

    Thanks for that,Im getting it for a friend abroad,its a right hand drive and hes in an isolated third world country full of left hand drives,its a big problem for him to get parts.

    Micksgarage is good,was going to buythere then was told of German Auto Parts on Boghall Rd in Bray,Wing was 9euro cheaper and should have it tomorrow.

    Decent to deal with.
