How do I patent a name?

    Hello everybody, I have come up with a name for a little project I am taking part in and I am wondering what are the processes of me getting a patent of the name? Who can I contact? Any information will help massively as I dont have a clue on where to start. Thank you very much

    I dont think you can. You have to trademark it I think, or copyright.
