    Only heard yesterday evening our very ouw Beasty is a national cycling champion. And no not on a trike. Pursuit champion in the over 65s opps that should be over 50.

    And a thread going about great Finngallians, little did we know we were in the company of greatness Well done Beasty and continued good and safe cycling. On yer Bike!!

    Thanks Leo - I posted this link in the Off-Topic thread, but in case anyone's interested, here's my report posted elsewhere on Boards at the time

    I'm only a newbie actually, having only taken up racing last year - see, there's hope for us all - even the fastest cyclist in 1988 leinster team tri-athlon held in Rush - fancy a race some time LeoB?

    Next year I'm hoping to give the European Championships a go, or if they don't take place it may even be the World Champioships in Manchester:eek:
