    Actually a nicer day now than early. A little sunshine peeking through. No percipitation for last hour. Hardly even a breeze. Temp 3.6c (+.1 in last hour) DP 3.5 (+.1 in last hour).

    Update 1300 update. Both temp and dp dropped .5 in last hour. 3.1c / 3.0 now. Start of a trend I hope.

    Temperature is 0.9 degrees Celcius - snow can fall below 4 ish if other conditions are right.

    Dew Point temperature, here 0.6 degrees Celcius is linked to humidity and needs to be below 0 for falling snow. (Unless in a torrential shower snow can fall briefly with a DP above 0).

    Thats a very simple explanation.

    Cold, clear night here. Top of car frozen rain from earlier today. Moon and stars shining brightly and surprising little wind. Looking at radar good shower coming. Let's see what it ends up being.
