King with a sitter at the end to bring in me bet and he misses:(.

I'll make sure to check starting line-ups for play-off games now anyway,Birmingham's negativity combined with pools recent form might have put me off.

Yeah they showed no real appetite to win it. Poxy King at the end though thought it was in clipped the outside of the post

In fairness Hughton is a top manager. Too much fear in their setup tonight though, can't believe Rooney or Zigic didn't get any game time - Blackpool aren't exactly a AC of the 90's in defense

Ten goals in nine matches, and the one time I stick Twigg in a Treble, he does not preform :/

Cant see anything of interest in the fa cup final. Maybe chelsea DNB at 4/6.

    over 40 points at 4/9.

wouldnt touch goals or corners in this one.

    what is taking your fancy?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,249 ✭✭✭Juwwi

If Bellamy starts I was thinking of doing Liverpool most corners at 1/1.
With the big pitch it could suit him.

Probably hard to find a bookie with this game but Uniao Leiria will field their youth team on sunday Saturday against Benfica.
I guess that is better than putting 8 men on the pitch like last week.

    Udinese v Genoa
Di Natale to score and Udinese to win 6/5. Loving those odds. They're up against a team fighting relegation but I just cant see past Udinese

Just flicking through some of Arsenal's fixtures and was looking at the half with most goals market.

    Wolves v Arsenal

    1st half goals 2
    2nd half goals 1

    Arsenal v City

    1st half goals 0
    2nd half goals 1

    QPR v Arsenal

    1st half goals 2
    2nd half goals 1

    Arsenal v Villa

    1st half goals 2
    2nd half goals 1

    Everton v Arsenal

    1st half goals 1
    2nd half goals 0

    Arsenal v Everton

    1st half goals 2
    2nd half goals 1

    Liverpool v Arsenal

    1st half goals 2
    2nd half goals 1

    Arsenal v Spurs

    1st half goals 4
    2nd half goals 3

    Sunderland v Arsenal

    1st half goals 0
    2nd half goals 3

    Arsenal Blackburn
    1st half goals 4
    2nd half goals 4

out of their last 10 games in the PL 7 have had more goals in the first half, one game had an equal amount and one game had more goals in the second half. Out of their last 5(probably better analysing wise as it takes into account their recent form) 4/5 have had more goals in the first half. The worry is that Wigan could put up a similar battle to the Utd game and maybe defend with their lives in the first half.

It's 9/4 with Totesport(never used them), 9/5 with Sportingbet, 2/1 Bet365. Imo looking at the stats it represents value seeing as it's come in 4 out of the last 5 times

I identified this trend 2 weeks ago. I backed it again last week but slipped my mind to post it up here, and it won(although I pussied out a bit with regards to the stake) 1ggkky.png

So again I'm going to back it this week, best price 11/5 which is still overpriced considering how often it comes in for Arsenal.

Gent -1 6/5 and tip from league of ireland thread Finn Harps Evs

Edit: Rangers -1 17/10 I hope they are still hurting from the most one sided Old Firm games ive ever seen. This is a dead rubber by the fact Rangers hammered Dundee U (5-0) last time out giving Motherwell 3rd place in the league and European football next season (hopefully dreaming of it already :p)

Tom, you have been warned about posts like this before in the past. Do not bring your bias into this part of the forum, the vast majority of people here don't. If you want, venture into the soccer forum and spill your hatred/bias there by all means (though I imagine the mods will be saying what I'm more or less saying to you right now) One and final warning on this, cut it out.

Following some tips from a few sites for today as i've no time for research at the moment.

    Eintracht 11/10
    Blackpool V Birmingham under 2.5 9/10
    Rosenborg 1st half -1 asian 19/20
    Lisburn 11/10

    15/1, 10 euro on that

Don't see anything. What's the proposed special

Cant see Norwich bouncing back to form today, they defended horribly against Chelsea. Arsenal should win handy in my opinion. The two Sheffield teams will be out to win big time as they fight for second spot, both will win today id say. Torquay and Hereford both need a win today for different reasons, I can see Torquay getting the away win today against the relegation candidates. Rangers will want to widen the gap between themselves and Motherwell and will be out to win today. Would be a big result for Motherwell to even get a draw today but cant see it happening.
The cup final today comes at a time when Torres is returning to form. I firmly believe Chelsea will win today but I can also see Torres grabbing another.
    Im going for the following...
Both sheffield teams, Arsenal, Rangers, Torquay and Chelsea win with Torres scoring.
    About 26/1 accum on PP
