Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone.

I have the opartunity to lease(long term) 120acres of top quality land with about 500,000 litres of quota attached to the farm.

The question is and my teagasc advisor is not too sure about it, is can I lease the quota+farm if I am not related to the owner of the farm?
If nobody knows the answer could you direct me to someone or somewhere where I might find the answer?
