Summer work in france advice

    Hi guys really want to head to the South of France to work next summer (May-September). What are my chances of getting work in a bar or restaurant (have a fair bit of experience)?

    whens the best time to apply and is it worth heading over anyway if i dont secure a job before hand?

    any advice about accommodation? is it best to book about 2 weeks through a private holiday rental site and then see if i can rent a room when i get there?

    doing business and french in college so have a decent level of french. Basically i just want to break-even for the summer don't mind working 6/7 days a week long hours etc. anything would be better than stuck here!:D

    any advice much appreciated! :D:D:D
