A game we should be looking to win and keep our great run of form going. Will Defoe keep the jersey or will Rafa claim seniority, we shall see..but something tells me Rafa will start. Assuming all are fit, Friedel,Walker,A&E,King,Kaboul,Lennon,Parker,Modric,Rafa,Adebayor,Bale.

That's exactly the team I'd go with. I'm not sure about Defoe for this one. In one respect he should start as he played well and scored last weekend, on the other VDV is in great form and is scoring for fun. We're at home too, so I think I'd have to start with VDV. It's tough on Defoe though.

I don't know how many times I've waited for us to beat this record and we've always fallen short. This has been a big stumbling block over the years and I'd love to get that monkey off our back.

If we can't do it now we never will. I use to fear Bolton more before they tried playing more football. I think If they keep launching long balls in and around box we may struggle a bit we always look shaky under that sort of pressure.

Still expect us to win.

Ledly picked up a knock on friday so Gallas steps in and Modric in for Sandro

Cudicini, Bassong, Corluka, Livermore, Pienaar, Pavlyuchenko, Van der Vaart. Scott Parker is captain today.

gallas is in for king which is natural enoughand modric replacing sandro will give us more creativity.defoe keeps his place and i'm hoping he will have a better showing in front of goal than midweek but if not then vdv will come off the bench and do the business.i'm very confident of a big win here.
hoping for 5-0 but 3-1 is the popular scoreline lately so i'll go for that.
defoe gets 2 and parker to celebrate winning player of the month by scoring his 1st for the club.
