Busted Ego USB charger

As the title suggests I broke my charger this morning ( Half awake ) anyway there are two wires in it..one red and one black. I think the black wire has become loose but I never saw if it was connected to anything in the first place so I dont know where to re-attach it.. if it needs to be. Anyone know anything? Murphys law…

Is it the same as a tornado USB charger? If it is, I've a spare one if you want.
