Downgrade UPC to save money?

At the moment i'm on UPC's 100Mbit-plan, with HDtv and phone. And seeing that i'm only able to fully use my 100 wired, and i hardly ever am wired it starts to feel like throwing money in the bin. So i was just wondering if i would save any money by downgrading to 50, which is what i'm getting at the moment?
