Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would anybody be able to help me by giving me some information on pig farming. A case study would be ideal but any information at all would be a great help. I am doing a Thesis on Anaerobic Digestion and I am finding it very hard to get information so far. I need a lot of information on how to use Pig manure as an Anaerobic Digestion feedstock as a source of renewable energy. Basically the running and operation of a pig farm would get me a long way.

Any information, no matter how small will be a help to me.

    Thanks in advance. :)

I work with a German Anaerobic Digestion company that is building AD plants in Northern Ireland and deal with all types of farm feedstock. There is also a guy up in northern Ireland with an anaerobic digester on his large scale pig Farm.... PM me if any of this is useful to you.

    Hi,

I remember seeing a video on Nationwide about a large scale Irish Pig farm down in Kerry. Here are a couple of videos from their youtube channel. It's not related to anaerobic digestion, but it might help give you an idea of the running and operation of a pig farm. They have a very impressive setup.
