What plants are poisonous to dogs?

Hi all, I want to start letting our puppy out the back. We have a very small back yard with a few pot plants. Everytime I let her out, she heads straight for the plants and starts eating them. I just want to be sure that nothing I have is going to poison her so what plants are poisonous to dogs? Thanks ;)
