UPC SME broadsupport..supposed to be open on Sat but nobody answering

So I'm at work, trying to solve a problem with broadband, UPC support (1800-941941) is supposed to be open saturdays 10-6pm but there is no answer, just automatic voicemail. So I call 1908 and they say the only work Mon to Fri.... Maybe I'm blind but isn't this clear enough; UPC where are you ???

UPC Business Customer support is available to SME customer at the following times:
Monday to Friday 9am – 10pm
Saturday 10am – 6pm

UPC where are you ???
