    Hello,
It has been quite a while since I went for an interview and I would just like an opinion on what to wear.
A dress as in an office type dress. Was looking at a few in Next. Now here's is my problem-jacket or cardigan? Would a cardigan be acceptable? If so, long or short?
Or should I just wear a trouser suit?
    Thanking you in advance.

I have seen people come for interview in my school in all kind of outfits (even one lad in Jeans ???) but usually people seen to have a trouser suit or a skirt and neat cardigan/blouse....As long as your neat and tidy I would say it will be fine, would think a long cardigan wouldnt look right though....Good Luck with the interviews

I would say the same, have interviewed people in all sorts of outfits and we aren't that fussy once a good effort has been made i.e. open shirt with the tie is not on but you don't have to have an expensive shirt and tie. Same for girls: proper trousers or skirt, decent blouse etc. Looking professional is what matters to be honest.
