Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quota's will not be abolished before 2015. a review is to be carried out around Nov 2012, so there will be no changes before then, but if the minister can build enough friends between now and then abolition of butterfat quota, reduction of superlevy fine, increase in members quota or even a EU qouta that if not filled no super levy should be on the table, Ireland has a lot to gain if quota rules are relaxed, so over to you Simon.

it would make sense to abolish qouta as the state of the country we would be exporting more produce bringing in more revenue for the country and creating more employment, so enda and his fellow clowns should be pushing more for the eu to get rid as it a win win sitution for all

I don't disagree but i just think of Ireland as Oliver Twist coming back to the table with his bowl looking for MORE!

we're a tiny little island with de potential to produce alot more and world demand is there so why not be greedy and keep pushing to our limits

Because we sold our soul to Europe and now we eat from the feet of the French and Germans who have no interest in giving us a leg up against a perceived notion that our produce will be sold into their markets and will work against their own farmers. Are we willing to give up our SFP?
