Manchester Airport to Liverpool

Hey folks anyone know any good taxi companies that you would recommend for this return trip - Manchester airport to hotel in liverpool city centre.

why not just get the train, will work out alot cheaper, you can get from manchester airport direct to liverpool lime street in about an hour without changing http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

Does anyone know how long it takes to get from Terminal 1 in Manchester airport to the train station.

We arrive at 14.55 and hope to get the 15.41 train to Liverpool James Street , does this seem do-able providing we land on time ?

There is a station at the airport so book your ticket from the airport to where you want to go.

Shouldn't be a problem, are you picking up bags? That could delay you a bit but you should still be ok.

With Aer Lingus last week I think we got to the train station in less than 20 minutes from getting off the plane, so you should be fine.

I always get the train i think its only around stg12 return and trains running something like every 50 mins, train station in liverpool is very close to alot of hotels

We booked into Days Hotel Liverpool City Centre and its next door to James St. Station. We're getting the train from Manchester Airport with 1 change at Lime st.
