Getting a mortgage

Hi folks, I am looking to get a mortgage and was just wondering if other banks (AIB in this case) would entertain me even though i do not have an account with them now (did but that was about 10 years ago) ICS will as my previous mortgage was with them (renting now) Thanks

Doesn't matter whether you have an account with them or not.

Only difference is you'll need a lot more statements & other paperwork when applying.
